About the job you’re considering
We are seeking a hands-on Terraform Developer to design, implement, and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions for Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments. This role involves close collaboration with cloud architects and DevOps teams to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure provisioning. While we welcome applicants from all locations, preference will be given to candidates based in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, or New York.
Your role
• Develop and maintain Terraform configurations for provisioning Azure and GCP infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cloud architects and DevOps teams to translate infrastructure requirements into IaC solutions.
• Manage and troubleshoot Terraform state files, workspaces, and modules.
• Implement best practices for IaC, including version control, code reviews, and documentation.
• Integrate Terraform with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and security policies.
Your skills and experience
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Terraform Developer.
• Strong experience with Terraform Enterprise (not just open-source).
• Proficiency in Python development for automation and scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Azure and/or GCP infrastructure.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Solid understanding of IaC best practices, version control (Git), and modular design.
• Knowledge of cloud security and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes) and related tooling.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
