    At LEGOLAND Discovery Center Philadelphia, we’re all about creating joy—through laughter, connection, and a little bit of LEGO magic! We’re looking for **fun-loving, energetic, and outgoing individuals** to join our **Food & Beverage** and **Retail Team** as part-time **Guest Experience Hosts.**

     

    Whether you’re serving up delicious treats, helping families find their next favorite LEGO set, or spreading smiles in the café or shop, you’ll play a key role in making every visit unforgettable. Every day is full of color, energy, and creativity—just like a LEGO build!

    What You’ll Be Doing

    + 🍿 **Serve up happiness!** Prepare and serve food and drinks with a smile while keeping things clean, safe, and fun.

    + 🛍️ **Bring the magic to retail!** Help guests find the perfect LEGO souvenirs, share product knowledge, and make their shopping experience a blast.

    + 😄 **Create awesome guest experiences.** Engage with kids and families to make sure everyone leaves with big smiles (and maybe a few extra bricks).

    + 💪 **Keep it smooth.** Restock shelves, manage lines safely, and keep your workspace tidy and ready for action.

    + 🧱 **Be part of the team!** Support your fellow Hosts, follow opening and closing procedures, and bring great energy every shift.

     

    Qualifications & Experience

    About You

    + 6 months – 1 year experience working in attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred.

    + Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.

    + Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.

    + Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.

    + Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.

    + Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
