Job Summary

We’re seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our corporate dining operations for a premier client with a focus on exceptional hospitality, operational excellence, and strong client relationships. This Monday–Friday role offers weekends and holidays off.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Oversee daily operations in alignment with company policies and client expectations

+ Manage budgets, financial reporting, and inventory controls

+ Lead and develop staff through training, reviews, and succession planning

+ Collaborate with culinary teams on menu planning

+ Ensure compliance with HACCP and health regulations

+ Build strong rapport with clients, guests, and internal teams

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

+ 8–10 years in upscale food service, with at least 6 years in management

+ **High-end catering experience strongly preferred**

+ Proven leadership, organizational, and financial acumen

+ Skilled in hiring, coaching, and team development

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office; ServSafe certification a plus
