    Job Summary

    Bring your culinary craft to the next level! As a Sous Chef, you will support kitchen leadership by executing dishes with precision, upholding food quality and safety standards, and guiding culinary teammates. You will assist with inventory, mentoring, and driving a productive and positive kitchen environment.

    Qualifications:

    + Culinary degree or relevant kitchen experience

    + Proficiency in food safety and sanitation protocols

    + Ability to lead, mentor, and train kitchen staff

    + Familiarity with kitchen equipment and technology

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Execute high-quality menu items consistently

    + Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas

    + Monitor inventory and assist with ordering

    + Enforce safety and sanitation standards

    + Support Executive and Senior Chefs with team oversight

    + Assist in onboarding and mentoring of culinary staff
