Job Summary

Restaurant Associates at Harvard Treehouse is seeking a dynamic Catering Operations Manager to lead the planning and execution of all on premise events. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and enjoys creating memorable experiences.

What You’ll Do:

+ Collaborate with clients to design menus and event details within budget

+ Coordinate with chefs, vendors, and internal teams to ensure flawless execution

+ Hire, train, and schedule catering staff

+ Manage vendor contracts, event logistics, and financial records

+ Ensure high-quality service and resolve client concerns

+ Be hands on during events to ensure operational excellence and coach your team to continuous improvement

+ Review event performance and drive continuous improvement/ innovation

What We’re Looking For:

+ 3–5 years of experience in catering or hospitality management

+ Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

+ Proven ability to manage budgets, staffing, and client relationships

+ Comfortable working independently and adapting to changing demands
