    $40.05/hr.

     

    Fringe $19.10/hr.

    Summary: Seeking Operators for our Heavy Highway Division. The Heavy Equipment Operator position is responsible for operating several types of heavy construction equipment.

    Job Responsibilities:

    + The operator will operate heavy construction equipment such as excavators, backhoes, bulldozers, skid steers and wheeled loaders.

    + Efficiently use equipment to move and grade earth, erect structural/reinforcing steel, pour concrete and move materials around the project.

    + Maintain and grease equipment.

    + The operator will take the lead in caring for the equipment operated including daily preventative maintenance checks and reporting operational defects to the supervisor.

    + Complete daily equipment maintenance logs.

    Requirements:

    + 2+ Years of experience operating heavy construction site equipment.

    + Must be at least 18 years of age.

    + Applicant must have no prior history that is violent in nature and/or theft related in the last 7 years

    + Comply with the company's drug and alcohol testing requirements.

    + High School Diploma or GED preferred.

     

    Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Hours of work vary based on project needs and weather conditions. Overtime as required.
