Manager Development Program
Please be advised of the following:
+ This program is based out of our Rosemont, IL corporate office, and candidates must be able to live locally during the training period.
+ Upon successful completion of the program, the individual hired will be expected to relocate to manage one of our new or existing offices within the Midwest region.
+ We are unable to consider applicants who cannot relocate at the end of the program.

You'll rotate through key departments, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, and Customer Service, gaining a 360-degree view of our business. By the end of the program, you'll be prepared to take on a managerial position at one of our new or existing locations.

+ Hands-On Rotations: Experience every facet of our business as you rotate through key departments—Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, and Customer Service. Gain invaluable insights and a comprehensive understanding of how each area contributes to our success.
+ Expert Mentorship: Benefit from one-on-one guidance and training from our seasoned senior leaders. Develop essential managerial skills and receive personalized feedback to refine your leadership abilities.
+ Leadership Preparation: Get ready to step into a managerial role with confidence. You’ll be trained and mentored to take charge of a new or existing Feldco location, with relocation opportunities within 12-18 months.
Qualifications:
+ Required:
+ At least two years of proven leadership & Management experience.
+ A passion for leading teams and delighting customers.
+ Flexibility to relocate within 18 months.
+ Preferred:
+ A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Administration, or a related field.

Job Information:
+ Hours: 8am to 5pm Monday To Friday; 1 Hour Lunch
+ Location: 6300 North River Road, Rosemont, IL, 60018
+ Pay Range: $75,000
