    Maersk Ground Freight (MGF) offers transportation services like FTL (Full Truckload), LTL (Less Than Truckload), brokerage, cross-border trucking, groupage, and sortation hubs, connecting Maersk or Customer warehouses or depots or cross-dock/consolidation/deconsolidation facilities through a robust network led by best-in-class operations and technology. This integrated network will service multi-channels like B2B, B2C, B2B2C, e-commerce, direct to store, dropship, returns, and more, leveraging asset-based, asset-light, and non-asset models.

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Air Export Agent to manage the air freight export process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of international shipping, excellent customer service skills, and a proven ability to handle export documentation with accuracy and efficiency. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, growing business.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Manage all aspects of air export shipments, including pickup, booking with airlines, and final delivery.

    + Prepare, process, and verify all necessary export documentation, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.

    + Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth and compliant operations.

    + Monitor shipments in transit and provide regular updates to internal teams and customers.

    + Resolve any shipping-related issues, such as delays or discrepancies, in a timely manner.

    + Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipping records and databases.

    + Stay informed of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and air freight trends.

    + Qualifications:

    + Minimum of 2 years of experience in air export logistics; 3 years preferred.

    + Strong knowledge of air freight operations, routes, and international shipping regulations.

    + Proficiency with shipping software and document preparation.

    + Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

    + Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

    + $23-$25 per hour
