Job Description

The International sustainment program within the Tactical Aircraft Electronic warfare Solutions (TacAir) product line in the ECS business area is seeking a passionate and experienced project finance analyst to support this exciting and challenging F-15 sustainment programs. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate program financial analysis for all programs within the assigned program area. This includes external & internal reporting, proposal support, leading program Estimates at Complete (EACs), managing cash flow, supporting quarterly business reviews, and Integrated Business Plan for assigned programs. This individual will develop relationships as a full business partner with the program teams, support the business area strategy and provide financial data and analysis for decision-making.

Hybrid:

Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a **hybrid work format** , with time split between working onsite and remote. **To be considered for this role, the candidate must reside within a reasonable commute of Nashua NH.**

Responsibilities include:

+ Supporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting requirements both internally and externally

+ Reporting & presenting financials to management

+ Serving as a full business partner to the cross functional program team

+ Working with the contracts function for funding, billings, and other contractual items

+ Creating and influencing program baselines through earned value management

+ Developing financial forecasts and analyzing estimates at completion

+ Significant program team contributor. Coordinating team meetings and reviews.

+ Ensure compliance to internal controls while seeking out opportunities for continuous improvement.

+ Ad hoc financial analysis as required

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

+ Bachelor s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related degree / and 1 year of professional work experience; alternatively, OR equivalent experience in project/program finance within the defense industry.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; in particular, Excel and Power Point

+ Demonstrated problem solving and in-depth analytical skills

+ Demonstrated ability to communicate and present financial data to other functions in an accurate, concise, and understandable manner

+ Strong interpersonal skills

+ Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast paced environment

+ Ability to make decisions with sound judgment while complying with company policies and procedures

+ Experience with Earned Value Management

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

+ Experience in program finance and/or other finance functional disciplines

+ Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, ProPricer, Cobra, and iPortal

+ Experience with project forecasting and analysis, particularly in a US Defense environment

+ Experience with proposals

+ Understanding and knowledge industry practices and standards as well as company policies

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $66084 - $112343

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
