Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team in Las Cruces, NM.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a moderate-risk Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contract, including construction, procurement, and Central Plant operations.

- Supervise Fluor and subcontractor staff on a secure U.S. Government site.

- Serve as the main point of contact for the Client Plant Manager and maintain strong client relationships.

- Lead maintenance, modifications, and outage activities in accordance with contract requirements.

- Ensure integration of maintenance planning with plant/power operations.

- Support day-to-day operations of the Program Management Office (PMO).

- Oversee accurate project reporting, invoicing, and close-out activities.

- Collaborate with Project Controls to manage cost, schedule, change control, and risk.

- Assist in defining and coordinating program staffing needs.

- Lead technical and commercial proposal development, including execution plans and estimating.

- Willingness to travel for business as required.

Estimated Pay Rage: $180k - 200k / year

*The pay rate for this position may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, certifications, and location. Additionally, the final pay rate may be contingent upon the successful completion of pre-employment requirements such as background checks, drug testing, and physical examinations.

Skills and Requirements

- Active U.S. TS/SCI Clearance with a CI Polygraph

- 7 years of experience managing program sites in the intelligence space

- 7 years of experience managing sites of 60-100+ personnel in a cleared environment

- Extensive experience with operations and facilities management - Experience managing data facilities

- Experience managing 24/7 critical infrastructure
