• Sr. Project Manager

    Job Description

    This large municipality is looking to have a Sr. Project Manager added to their team to lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for multiple software and application initiatives, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget are met. They will also serve as the primary point of contact between IT, business users, vendors, and leadership teams. They will manage Salesforce-related projects, including platform customization, integrations, and enhancements. Importantly this person needs to develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk assessments, and executive updates as well as facilitate Agile ceremonies or traditional project governance depending on project type. Task also include overseeing QA, UAT, and production release planning and execution. Additionally they will mentor and guide junior project managers or coordinators as needed and drive process improvements and standardization within the PMO. This position will be 100% onsite.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    8+ years of experience managing complex IT, software, and application development projects

     

    Strong background with Salesforce (CRM, integrations, or platform implementations)

     

    Proven track record managing cross-functional teams across business units, developers, and vendors

     

    Experience working in a structured government or enterprise-level environment with multiple stakeholders

     

    Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies

     

    Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Municipality or government experience
