Job Description
Overview:
-Manage mini sustaining projects, qualification activities, and optic module procurement/allocation for multiple projects
-Cross-functional coordination, project planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage project priorities, schedules, and timelines
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, and suppliers
-Track project progress, sample readiness, and test execution schedules
-Prepare purchase requests using Ariba Smart Buy, approve invoices, and manage budget programs
-Lead project team meetings, provide regular status updates, and present to stakeholders
-Update program status in Jira/Confluence and present in Ops reviews
-Procure and allocate optic modules, manage inventory, and track purchase orders
-Gather project requirements by collaborating with Engineering Program Managers (EPMs) to compile optical module needs for each upcoming quarter
-Cross-check current requirements against previous quarters to track availability and address ongoing gaps

Skills and Requirements
-5+ years of experience in project management, procurement, or supply chain operations
-Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
-Ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver on tight timelines, and work independently
-Proficiency with spreadsheets, procurement systems, and tools like Jira/Confluence -Familiarity with DVT testing processes and hardware/manufacturing environments is a plus
-Relevant Certifications
This role in on-site in Austin, TX
Pay Rate between $45-50/hr (based on location and experience)
Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
