    We're looking for enthusiastic Team Members who are friendly, dependable, eager to learn, and excited to serve delicious drinks and snacks to our guests.     This is a Part Time position.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Provide friendly, outgoing, and professional customer service.

    + Greet guests, take orders accurately, and prepare coffee, smoothies, and café menu items.

    + Operate the register, handle payments, and balance the cash drawer.

    + Maintain a clean, organized café area including counters, equipment, and seating areas.

    + Follow safe food handling rules and sanitation procedures.

    + Restock supplies and communicate inventory needs to supervisor.

    + Follow opening and closing procedures consistently.

    + Attend training and staff meetings as scheduled.

    + Respond calmly and appropriately in emergencies.

    + Promote a positive atmosphere and uphold City and facility policies.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

    + Must be 16 years of age or older.

    + Jackson County Food Handler certification (provided by the City if not already obtained).

    + CPR & First Aid certification (provided if not already obtained).

    + Previous food or beverage service experience preferred, but not required — we'll train you!
