Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician, you will support a safe, clean, and home-like environment for residents and staff by performing building maintenance, repairs, and preventative upkeep. Your work directly contributes to resident comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

Qualifications

+ Previous maintenance experience preferred (healthcare setting a plus)

+ Ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments

+ Strong customer service mindset with a focus on residents’ needs

+ Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and respect

+ Basic knowledge of building systems, equipment operation, and safety procedures preferred

+ Must meet all state and regulatory hiring requirements

Key Responsibilities

+ Perform routine maintenance and repairs to building, equipment, and grounds

+ Assist with preventative maintenance programs

+ Respond to work orders and safety concerns promptly

+ Support compliance with infection control and life safety standards

+ Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
