    Description

    Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled **Commercial Framers** for projects located in and around **Oconomowoc, WI** . This is a full time opportunity with a pay rate of **$25-36/hour** based on experience & skill level.     Job Scope:

    + Perform rough framing tasks on multi-family construction sites using prefabricated wall systems

    + Stick framing, layout, and installation of walls, floors, and roof systems

    + Set and sheet floor and roof trusses

    + Cut and install rafters

    + Read and follow basic blueprints or framing layouts

    + Perform blocking, layout, and other framing prep work

    + Maintain job site cleanliness and safety at all times

    + Work efficiently with a team to meet deadlines

    + Other tasks as assigned

    Requirements:

    + Minimum 2 years of commercial rough carpentry experience

    + OSHA 10 certification (must be completed before submission or start)

    + Hand tools & proper PPE

    + Must pass drug screen

    + Reliable transportation

    + Willingness to travel around job sites
