We are looking for a smart, motivated, and organized person to join the GTM Strategy & Operations team part time. This role will provide cross-functional opportunities to partner with leadership across GTM Strategy & Operations, Customer Experience, Analytics, and Finance to drive various processes and strategic initiatives with a focus on real-time visibility into the performance of go-to-market teams. This role will also provide regular reporting and analysis for the GTM Strategy & Operations team and various stakeholders. An ideal candidate will have a love of technology, collaborate well in a team environment, and have a desire to work in a fast-paced role that is continuously evolving as our organization scales.
Responsibilities:
+ **Support strategic decision-making through data and insights:** Assist with ad-hoc reporting and analysis to identify trends, evaluate performance, and inform operational adjustments to our go-to-market strategy.
+ **Maintain operational excellence through data integrity and communication:** Conduct daily audits of opportunity and account data to ensure compliance with Rules of Engagement, proactively communicate updates or required adjustments to sales reps, and serve as a point of contact for related questions.
+ **Drive continuous improvement and process optimization:** Apply creative problem solving to identify inefficiencies, recommend data or process enhancements, and monitor CRM updates to ensure accuracy, adoption, and alignment with evolving go-to-market needs.
Requirements:
+ Able to work independently, collaboratively, and on multiple initiatives at the same time with a demonstrable record of driving results
+ Able to work efficiently in Microsoft Excel (e.g. lookups, pivot tables, complex formulas)
+ Detail-oriented and organized to ensure work is complete, accurate, and timely
+ Able to identify problems as well as propose and implement creative data-driven solutions
+ Resourceful, innovative, and are always looking for ways to drive process improvement and act as an agent for change
+ Strong verbal and written communication with good interpersonal skills to build relationships with key stakeholders
+ Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Pursuing degree in Economics, Finance, Math, Business, IS, Statistics, Marketing, or other technical degree
+ Experience with Tableau, SQL, and Salesforce a plus
+ Passion for working with emerging technologies and an ability to understand new technical concepts
