Pay Rate:

_The pay rate for this job is $11 - $11 / hour*_

What you'll be doing as a Social Media Coordinator:

+ Create and publish daily social media posts promoting the restaurant's brand, specials, events, and customer engagement content

+ Set up and manage accounts across multiple social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, etc.)

+ Monitor all social media inboxes and promptly respond to customer messages, comments, and inquiries

+ Develop creative content ideas, including photos, videos, and promotional campaigns, to increase visibility and engagement

+ Track social media performance metrics and provide feedback or suggestions for improvement

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

+ Experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) with a proven ability to create engaging content and grow audience reach

+ Strong communication and writing skills, including the ability to respond professionally to customer messages, comments, and inquiries

+ Basic knowledge of social media analytics and content performance, with the ability to track engagement and adjust strategies to improve results
