• What You’ll Do:

+ Offer emotional & spiritual support to patients, families, and staff

+ Respond to urgent consults with empathy and professionalism

+ Provide end-of-life care, grief support, and rituals

+ Support staff wellness through crisis response and self-care initiatives

• Requirements:

+ Master of Divinity or graduate theological degree or graduate theological degree ordination/commissioning by a recognized faith group

+ 4 units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) from a nationally accredited body

+ Must live within 30 minutes of the facility

What We're Looking For

+ Education: Graduate Degree, required. Master's of Divinity or graduate theological degree ordination or equivalent and endorsement by denominations or faith groups endorsing body. Completion of four units of CPE from a nationally accredited body.

+ Experience: Minimum of two years Spiritual Care experience in a healthcare setting, preferred. Roles requiring communication across disciplines, preferred.

+ Licensure/Certification: Eligible for certification by APC, CPSP, or other equivalent national certifying body, required. Board certification completed within 3 years of hire date, required.
