    We are seeking an experienced and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our Outpatient Neurologic T herapy Team.     Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Work within the context of patient-centered care in an outpatient clinic setting.

    + Provide evaluation and treatment services with concise and efficient documentation/billing in accordance with regulatory standards.

    + Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive evidence-based treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes.

    + Embrace lifelong learning: willingly receive feedback and learn from team members, seek continual learning opportunities to advance one’s own practice, and share feedback to promote the growth of the team.

    + Remain up to date with clinic operation changes and workflows (review meeting minutes, review email communications, etc.).

    + Demonstrate a willingness to be flexible with schedule and clinic changes to help support the team.

    + Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Wisconsin in Occupational Therapy

    + NBCOT certification

    + Specific skills: general neuro knowledge/skills.
