The Solution Architect is responsible for designing and implementing complex solutions that meet the needs of Quality and the Industrial System. This role requires a deep understanding of technology, business processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with business and IT stakeholders.
Based in Dearborn, MI, this is a hybrid position with a required four day onsite presence each week. Qualified candidates may be eligible for relocation assistance. Occasional travel may be required for stakeholder meetings and project implementations.

+ Solution Design: Develop comprehensive solutions that align with business requirements and goals.
+ Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business partners, project managers, and development teams to ensure successful project delivery.
+ Technical Leadership: Provide guidance to development teams.
+ Innovation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the organization.
+ Documentation: Create detailed documentation for solutions, including architecture recommendations, models and technical specifications.

You'll have...
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
+ 5+ years of IT experience that may include cloud computing, software development, architecture or similar experience.
+ 2+ years of experience as a Solution Architect.
+ 2+ years of experience with AWS, Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform.
+ 2+ years of experience with Quality Related Issue Management tools (i.e, Jira, Jira Service Management (JSM), Jira Software of similar)
Even better, you may have...
+ Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
+ A general understanding of technology and business processes, enabling effective communication and collaboration with both business and IT stakeholders.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead, solve complex problems, and drive initiatives forward.
+ Solid written and verbal communication, analytical, planning, and organizational proficiencies. This expertise is important for developing robust strategic materials and presenting them effectively to key stakeholders, with equal emphasis on the quality of the content and the clarity of its delivery.
+ Collaborative, customer-focused, and adept at adapting to evolving priorities.
+ Understanding of Eight Disciplines for Problem Solving.
