    The Kelly Group is seeking a Crane Operator for its Lafayette, Indiana, location and work in the surrounding area. Candidates should have a minimum of 1 to 3 years of crane operation experience.

    This position requires the ability to perform these essential duties:

    + Safely operate and maintain multiple types and configurations of cranes

    + Read and understand load charts and correct crane configurations

    + Work flexible hours

    + Perform basic math skills

    + Ability to climb ladders, as well as ability to properly apply rigging to a load

    + NCCCO certification

    + Possess a valid driver's license

    + Pass a required Department of Transportation physical

    Other preferred qualifications sought include:

    + NACB qualification

    + Ability to operate a rough terrain fork truck

    + Basic computer skills
