Project Management Excellence:
+ Lead End-to-End Implementation: Manage the full project lifecycle for data technology solutions, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and defined objectives.
+ Strategic Planning & Execution: Create comprehensive project plans, timelines, resource strategies, and budget forecasts, ensuring efficient allocation and cost management.
+ Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, keeping progress on track and avoiding scope creep.
+ Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including senior leadership, and provide transparent updates on milestones, decisions, and key outcomes.
Client-Centric Approach:
+ Client Collaboration: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique business needs and aligning project goals to deliver optimal solutions.
+ Business Process Optimization: Conduct detailed analysis of client workflows to pinpoint opportunities for process improvements and automation, driving efficiencies.
+ Requirements Gathering & Translation: Collaborate with clients to capture detailed business requirements, then translate these into technical specifications that align with development teams’ objectives.
+ Solution Feasibility & Impact Assessments: Evaluate the feasibility of proposed solutions, ensuring they are both cost-effective and technically viable.
Subject Matter Expertise & Advisory:
+ Industry Insight: Stay ahead of emerging trends in data technology, legal, and compliance domains, and provide best-practice guidance to clients and teams.
+ Internal Collaboration: Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams of data experts, IT professionals, and business stakeholders, ensuring project alignment at every stage.
Continuous Improvement:
+ Feedback Loop: Regularly seek feedback from clients and internal teams to continuously improve processes, solutions, and project delivery.
+ Innovation Focus: Bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table to enhance client satisfaction and drive long-term project success.
What We’re Looking For:
Expertise & Experience:
+ Proven Project Management Experience: Minimum of 10+ years managing IT projects, specifically within legal, risk, and compliance domains.
+ Financial Acumen: Extensive experience with project financials, including budget management, forecasting, and cost estimation.
+ Data Technology Knowledge: Familiarity with emerging trends, best practices, and technologies in the data and IT space, especially as they apply to legal and compliance.
+ Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and maintain clear communication at all levels of an organization.
Qualifications:
+ Prior Exp as an IT PM: You have a proven track record in IT project management with a focus on financials and operations.
+ Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field with a background in finance.
