• Contract Supply Chain Associate Jr.

    US Tech Solutions (Centennial, CO)


    Duration: 03 months Contract

    Job Description:

    + Plan, schedule, and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to meet customer and company requirements.

    + Select and manage carriers, negotiate freight rates, and ensure adherence to service-level agreements.

    + Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery; proactively communicate delays or issues.

    + Maintain accurate transportation and logistics records in systems such as TMS (Transportation Management System) or ERP software.

    Responsibilities:

    + Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.

    + Analyze transportation costs and performance data to identify savings opportunities and improve efficiency.

    + Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local transportation regulations (DOT, FMCSA, etc.).

    + Manage freight claims, discrepancies, and carrier performance issues.

    + Support sustainability initiatives by optimizing routing and reducing transportation emissions.

    + Prepare regular transportation and logistics reports for management.

    Experience:

    + Strong knowledge of domestic and/or international freight operations.

    + Excellent organizational and communication skills.

    + Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.

    + Knowledge of regulatory and safety standards for transportation.

    Skills:

    + 3–5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations.

    + Experience with TMS or logistics software preferred

    Education:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
