Your role and responsibilities
You will join the DevOps Advocacy team as our Technical Project Manager to help coordinate the many projects this team is responsible for within the Developer Relations organization and as a part of larger company initiatives. The team includes our Developer Advocates who influence and inspire our community, as well as Ecosystem Engineers who manage our digital community contribution presence.
Responsibilities
* Drive the schedule for delivery of projects
* Collaborate cross-functionally to coordinate project dependencies and drive execution
* Clarify project requirements and processes across teams
* Help maintain the roadmap of advocacy projects
* Help improve the predictability, efficiency, and quality of the overall program
* Collect and help build the report on metrics across Developer Advocacy and Ecosystem Engineering
Required technical and professional expertise
* Experience collaborating on a project with multiple team members
* Understanding of agile project management methodologies
* Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Project Management, Information Technology or a related field
* Experience using remote communication including Office, Monday, and Slack (or similar tools)
* Ability to communicate effectively to report project status, and surface blockers
