If that's who you are, too, then this could be the place for you.We're looking for a Facilities & Construction Coordinator to join the team in our Alpharetta office. Our perfect candidate will thrive in a fun and casual environment, pay it forward daily, and add value to the company by providing administrative and project management assistance to the Construction and Facilities Department in maintaining current facilities, construction of new locations and remodeling of existing locations.
NOTE** : **We have a hybrid work schedule with three days in the office and two days working from home.
WHAT THIS ROLE DOES
+ Communicate clearly and effectively with service providers, suppliers, local government agencies, landlords, and internal associates.
+ Assist Facilities Managers with invoice coding and management, securing approvals, and project specific budget reporting (maintain various spreadsheets).
+ Investigate and resolve any invoice coding discrepancies and partner with accounting to reconcile.
+ Asset management tracking for accounting (purchasing, transfers, disposals, and inventory).
+ Equipment sourcing and ordering.
+ Set up new vendors and maintain vendor relationships.
+ Code department transactions and add receipts for department p-card purchases.
+ Complete field surveys and compile data and reports.
+ Interact cross-functionally with other departments to provide necessary information and documentation.
+ Apply for permits, licenses, and utilities.
+ Project development and assist with field implementation (i.e. equipment or new services to field).
+ Create and maintain various documents and PowerPoints with updated photos and store information.
+ General Administrative office functions.
YOUR TRACK RECORD
2 or more years' experience in an administrative role, preferably in a facilities or construction department. Good experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Word and project management applications. Associates or Bachelor's preferred but not required.

Some local travel to our stores and vendor partners might be required on occasion.
