What You’ll Do

As a Product Assembler/Operator, you’ll play a key role in building high-quality components, instruments, and systems. You’ll work across various stages of production, ensuring each product meets our rigorous standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

+ Assembling, calibrating, testing, soldering, and inspecting products from components to final systems

+ Following detailed instructions, diagrams, and specifications to complete tasks accurately and efficiently

+ Operating and maintaining production equipment and tools to support daily manufacturing goals

+ Performing setups and adjustments to meet blueprint tolerances

+ Collecting and reporting production data using basic math and statistics

+ Packaging, labeling, and preparing finished goods for shipment

+ Supporting inventory control, shipping/receiving, and material handling as needed

+ Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and Fluke Business System (FBS) processes

What You Bring

Must-Have Qualifications:

+ Ability to lift and move objects up to 40 lbs; occasional lifting over 50 lbs may be required

+ Comfortable working with chemicals, solvents, and solder smoke (PPE provided)

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small components and color matching

+ Proficiency in reading, understanding, and following written and verbal instructions in English

+ Manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks with upper extremities

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

+ Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production environments

+ Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices

+ Basic computer skills and ability to enter production data
