About The Role:
As a CBRE Union Apprentice Engineer, you will perform preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, and equipment.
This job is within the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
What You’ll Do
•Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, and gas lines.
•Support licensed plumbers with tasks such as cutting, assembling, and installing pipes and fixtures.
•Perform routine inspections to identify leaks, clogs, or other plumbing issues.
•Use hand and power tools to measure, cut, thread, and bend pipe.
•Maintain and repair plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and water heaters.
•Follow safety protocols and comply with plumbing codes and regulations.
•Document work performed and assist with inventory of plumbing materials.
What You’ll Need
•Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
•High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; enrollment in a plumbing apprenticeship program preferred.
•Basic knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials.
•Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plumbing schematics.
•Physical ability to lift heavy materials, work in confined spaces, and perform manual labor.
•Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn from experienced plumbers.
•Familiarity with safety procedures and PPE requirements.
•Any local or state-required apprentice registration or license (if applicable).

Pay Disclaimer: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $24.03/hr. and the maximum salary for this position is $25.16/hr. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
