About the role
As a CBRE Workplace Experience Supervisor, you won't just manage a team—you'll lead a group of hospitality professionals dedicated to redefining world-class customer service within a designated building. You are the operational leader, responsible for supervising employees who deliver superior, high-touch experiences for every client, visitor, and employee who walks through the door. What you’ll do
+ Coordinate and lead the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
+ Maintain records of costs incurred by workplace team activities. Review invoices as needed.
+ Respond to customer requests and complaints about the experience services department.
+ Approve client materials. Ensure materials align with brand guidelines. Maintain the integrity of databases and other digital tools associated with service delivery.
+ Develop and maintain vendor partnerships with the intention of cost-saving efforts. Assist with negotiations for contract services. Confirm that all vendors have current proof of insurance and contractual documentation.
+ Deliver a world-class orientation experience to new employees. Establish new techniques to ensure the team can meet its objectives.
+ Always implement safety standards with employees, clients, and vendors. Assist in the completion of the Service Business Continuity plan.
+ Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives.
+ May establish new techniques to ensure the team is able to meet its objectives.
+ Has a direct impact on the team objectives as well as the objectives of related teams.
+ Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures. Work to build consensus.
What you’ll need
+ High School Diploma or equivalent experience or GED or equivalent experience required.
+ Excellent communication skills.
+ A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Workplace Exp Supervisor position is $87,300 annually and the maximum salary is $ 95,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
