    Lynch Consultants, LLC is seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst with Department of Defense (DoD) financial management experience to join our team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality financial reporting, analysis, and operational support to a government comptroller organization while developing your expertise in federal financial management and fiscal execution.

    Work Location and Schedule:

    Ft. Belvoir, VA (On-site, 5 days per week)

     

    Salary Range: Up to $74,000 (based on experience and qualifications)

    Key Qualifications – Must Have:

    + U.S. Citizenship

    + Active Secret Clearance

    + 3+ years of experience in DoD Financial Management

    + Strong understanding of DoD financial operations

    + Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Support the preparation and analysis of financial reports to enhance decision-making.

    + Review and analyze Unliquidated Obligations (ULOs); identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.

    + Maintain and update SharePoint-based financial tracking systems.

    + Extract and analyze data from enterprise systems such as ADVANA to support execution tracking and de-obligations

    + Assist with fiscal year-end closeout and process improvement initiatives.

    + Provide organizational and administrative support to the comptroller’s office.

    Preferences:

    + Experience with GFEBS and DAI systems

    + Knowledge of fiscal year-end closeout and financial tracking processes.

    + Ability to support year-end closeout activities.

    + Comfortable working independently, multitasking, and applying sound judgment in support of financial operations and execution activities.
