What You’ll Do

+ Deliver hands-on, personalized therapy that helps patients regain strength and mobility.

+ Collaborate with care partners to design treatment plans that fit each person’s goals.

+ Track and celebrate progress with patients and families.

+ Keep accurate documentation and clear communication across the care team.

+ Share your expertise and promote physical therapy in the community.

What You’ll Bring

+ Graduate of an **APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program**

+ **Current, unrestricted PT license** in Michigan

+ At least **1 year of experience** in a healthcare setting (home health preferred)

+ **Reliable transportation** , valid driver’s license, and auto insurance

+ Ability to **travel up to 50%** within Hillsdale County

+ Physical ability to assist and support patients (50–100 lbs)

+ Above all, **a genuine heart for helping others**
