    Boeing Commercial Airplanes is looking to hire an Associate, Mid-Level, or Senior Numerical Control Programmer to support our 2nd shift fabrication team located in Auburn, WA. Selected candidates will write NC programs in Catia for multi-axis machines to fabricate aerospace components. Ideal candidates will have experience working with a diverse team and the ability to handle a product line from concept to programming and troubleshooting.

     

    This is a 2nd shift position. Typical schedule is 12pm-8:30pm PST (this is flexible with a start time anywhere from 12-2pm)

    Primary Responsibilities:

    + Provides numerical control, machining, and programming technical experience to the Auburn Fabrication Team

    + Establishes technical requirements for manufacturing and producibility of precision tools

    + Plans, creates, verifies, and revises Machine Control Data (MCD), geometry, and documentation that directs the operations for a complete spectrum of numerically controlled machinery (primarily metals machining)

    + Works under general direction

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

    + 1 or more years NC programming experience

    + Ability to read, understand, and interpret engineering drawings

    + Must be able to work 2nd shift

    Preferred qualifications:

    + 3 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

    + 5 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

    + 3 or more years NC programming experience

    Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

     

    + Summary pay range for Associate (Level 2): $85,000 – $115,000

    + Summary pay range for Mid-Level (Level 3): $102,850 - $139,150

    + Summary pay range for Senior (Level 4): $125,800 - $170,200
