General Summary:
The Local Systems Administrator (LSA) has a wide range of responsibilities focused on ensuring the smooth operation and security of the Systems and Technology within their assigned region. This includes managing system tables, system maintenance, user access, API integrations and data for our Emplifi tools. This role requires in-depth technical skills across various operating systems, networking principles, and scripting languages. The LSA supports the Colgate-Palmolive North America Consumer Care and Experience team on specific projects and operates as the systems expert for the region. They will also work extremely closely with the Global Consumer Affairs Technology team, our outsourced contact center and our GIT teams.
The Primary Responsibilities Include:
Change Request Processing
+ Work with contact center LSA and Global Consumer Affairs to initiate, assess, create detailed user requirements, help implement, and document changes to our validated systems
System Maintenance & Operational Reports
+ Monitor system performance
+ Analyze reports
+ Optimize systems
+ Automate tasks to improve efficiency
+ Configure and manage operating systems and networks
+ Administer user access to systems and data
+ Troubleshoot technical issues and system failures
+ Analyze trends and report unusual observations or thresholds reached
+ SAP pull for sales data
+ Check Disbursement report and cost code reconciliation
System Integrations
+ Work with contact center LSA to identify system integration opportunities with Emplifi and collaborate with GIT and GCA as North America point of contact
+ Serve as the CCE systems expert, drive system enhancements by communicating business requirements to Global Consumer Affairs & IT
+ Identify, recommend and lead technology enhancements & help pilot new technology
+ Providing support and assistance to staff with hardware and software issues
+ Actively participate in initiatives to drive business growth
+ Assist with special technology projects, as needed
System documentation, validation and compliance
+ Developing and maintaining system documentation and ensuring adherence to standards
+ Ownership of Consumer Affairs technical processes and system
+ Responsible for the development of Data Quality reporting to support the contact center
+ Identify opportunities for optimization of systems and processes
Applied Knowledge and Skills
+ Excellent communication skills – spoken and written
+ Detail-oriented and process-driven
+ Strong follow through
+ Analytical and problem solving
+ Regulatory compliance background and experience working in a validated system
+ Able to automate daily operations
+ Lean Six Sigma methodology or similar background is highly desirable
+ Programming knowledge is highly desirable
+ Project management experience is a plus
+ Needs to be an AI Enaber
Required Qualifications:
+ Experience in Emplifi Agent Administration (experience with Salesforce or Zendesk may be substituted in some cases)
+ A minimum of 4+ years in a similar role
+ Bachelor's degree is required
+ Experience with operating systems (Windows, macOS), hardware management, and troubleshooting
+ Microsoft Office and Google Workspace proficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience in Consumer Affairs or Customer Service is highly valued
+ Self-starter, independent thinker, action oriented, and passionate about consumer experience
+ Strong problem solving skills
+ Detail oriented, reliable, resourceful and driven for results
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
+ Ability to contribute, influence and work effectively in a cross-functional matrix organization
+ Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize/work effectively under pressure
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $74,000.00 - $104,000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
