    Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Packing Associate to join their team. As a Packing Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting high-volume apparel packing. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Packing Associate

    **Location:** Phillipsburg, NJ

    **Pay Range:** $19/hour

    **Shift:** 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Neatly fold and pack clothing items into boxes or polybags according to company standards.

    + Apply correct shipping labels and barcodes to packed items.

    + Ensure garments are folded uniformly and packed cleanly to meet presentation guidelines.

    + Inspect items for damage, stains, or defects before packing.

    + Verify item counts and styles match packing slips or system instructions.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

    + Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly.

    + No experience required – training provided!

    + Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.

    + Doblar y empacar prendas de vestir de forma ordenada en cajas o bolsas plásticas según los estándares de la empresa.

    + Aplicar etiquetas de envío y códigos de barras correctos a los artículos empacados.

    + Asegurar que las prendas estén dobladas de manera uniforme y empacadas limpias para cumplir con las directrices de presentación de la marca.

    + Inspeccionar los artículos en busca de daños, manchas o defectos antes de empacar.

    + Verificar que la cantidad y el estilo de los artículos coincidan con las instrucciones del sistema o las notas de envío.

    •Qué se necesita?

    + Capacidad para estar de pie durante largos períodos y realizar tareas repetitivas.

    + Debe poder levantar hasta 30 libras.
