Our client, a leader in industrial automation and manufacturing solutions, is seeking a Robot Engineer - Arlington to join their team. As a Robot Engineer - Arlington, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting production and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Robot Engineer - Arlington

**Location:** Arlington, Texas

Pay Range: $50-55 per hour

What's the Job?

+ Program, test, and troubleshoot Fanuc robotic systems to support production and process improvement.

+ Develop and optimize robot paths, sequences, and process parameters to ensure consistent performance and cycle time efficiency.

+ Implement and maintain GRS (Global Robot Standards) for all robot applications and documentation.

+ Collaborate with process, controls, and maintenance teams to integrate robotic systems with other equipment and processes.

+ Perform system startups, commissioning, and fine-tuning during new project launches.

What's Needed?

+ 2+ years of hands-on experience programming Fanuc robots in an industrial setting (paint process experience highly preferred).

+ Working knowledge of GRS standards (certification is a plus).

+ Familiarity with iRVision systems (experience is a plus but not required).

+ Strong understanding of industrial automation, PLCs, and robotic integration.

+ Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
