Our client, a leader in infrastructure development, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the project management department supporting utility and civil infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

+ Lead and coordinate utility infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.

+ Facilitate regular design and site progress meetings with cross-functional teams.

+ Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure timely delivery.

+ Oversee design efforts using AutoCAD and BIM360 for coordination and review.

+ Track and document all project tasks, agreements, and compliance requirements.

What's Needed?

+ Proven experience in project management within infrastructure or utility sectors.

+ Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM360, and project scheduling tools like Microsoft Project.

+ Excellent organizational and communication skills.

+ Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage complex schedules.

+ Understanding of safety, quality, and compliance standards in infrastructure projects.
