    Financial Analyst – Manufacturing

    We’re seeking a highly skilled and strategic **Financial Analyst** to join our manufacturing team in Dixon, IL. This is a high-impact role where your financial expertise will directly support plant leadership, drive operational efficiency, and influence long-term business growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead financial reporting and cost analysis across product lines

    + Develop financial models to support quoting, capital investments, and strategic initiatives

    + Partner with plant leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and performance planning

    + Manage and enhance standard cost systems and conduct variance analysis

    + Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Materials, and IT to streamline MRP processes

    + Prepare monthly earnings packages and contribute to earnings calls

    + Ensure compliance with SOX, GAAP, and internal control standards

    + Mentor and support development of junior finance team members

    + Promote a culture of safety and inclusion through active engagement

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred)

    + MBA or Master’s in Accounting is a plus

    + Minimum 6 years of progressive finance experience in a manufacturing setting

    + Strong foundation in cost accounting, budgeting, and financial planning

    + ERP system experience required; SAP preferred

    + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite

    + Exceptional communication, analytical, and presentation skills
