Our client, a leading manufacturer in the aerospace and industrial sectors, is seeking a CNC Machine Operator/Machinist to join their team. As a CNC Machine Operator/Machinist, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality, which will align successfully in the organization. This is a direct hire opportunity.

**Job Title:** CNC Machine Operator/Machinist (DIRECT HIRE)

**Location:** Hanover, PA

**Pay Range:** $27.83/hour plus $0.75/hour shift differential

Shift:

+ 2nd shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM

+ 3rd shift: Monday to Friday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM (Sunday night start-up)

What's the Job?

+ Set up and operate CNC machinery to produce aerospace and industrial components

+ Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and process sheets to ensure accurate manufacturing

+ Use measurement tools such as gauges and micrometers to verify part dimensions

+ Maintain records of production and quality checks

+ Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment

What's Needed?

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ Ability to read and understand dimensional blueprints

+ Experience with measurement equipment such as gauges and mics

+ Minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment performing setup roles

+ Legal authorization to work in the US
