    Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the Field Operations department supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to work, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Machine Operator

    **Location:** San Jose, CA

     

    Pay Range: Pay $22

     

    Shift: 8 am to 4:30 pm

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Operate short cycle machinery involved in the production of identical units.

    + Pull and cut orders, including paneling, punch press, and drilling tasks.

    + Start and stop machines, load and feed materials, and monitor operations for smooth functioning.

    + Inspect products and machinery to ensure quality standards are met.

    + Label materials correctly and ensure all job and material specifications are adhered to.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.

    + Ability to pass drug testing and background checks.

    + Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

    + Repetitive movement capability, including sitting and squatting.

    + Knowledge of machinery and tools is preferred.
