    What You'll Do:

    + Assist in the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions for water, wastewater, and stormwater projects

    + Support senior engineers in preparing technical reports, contract documents, and cost estimates

    + Perform calculations and design tasks using industry standards, regulatory guidelines, and best practices for environmental sustainability

    + Join field assignments with senior staff to gain hands-on experience in assessment, planning, and rehabilitation of water/wastewater systems

    What You Bring:

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering required

    + No experience required; however prior internships and/or relevant coursework are preferred

    + Strong theoretical foundation and familiarity with engineering software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.)

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office

    + Excellent communication skills and a desire to work in a collaborative team

    + Participation in professional engineering organizations preferred

    + Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification a plus

    Salary Range:

    $73,000 - $80,000

     

    Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
