Responsibilities for a Maintenance Technician include but are not limited to:
+ Perform **preventive and predictive maintenance** on machinery and equipment, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and company procedures.
+ Operate and maintain **critical plant systems** , including chillers, dryers, compressors, HVAC, cooling towers, lighting, and pumping systems.
+ Perform **corrective maintenance** tasks, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and execute lasting repairs using hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment.
+ Support **machinery installation and relocation** , maintaining a clean, organized workspace following **5S standards** .
+ Participate in **continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, PPI tools)** and safety/environmental programs.
+ Document all maintenance activities, ensuring accuracy in **preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance forms** .
Candidates for Maintenance Technician must meet the following requirements to be considered:
+ **High School Diploma or GED required;** technical degree in **Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Technology** preferred.
+ **3+ years of experience** in facilities and/or industrial equipment maintenance.
+ Strong knowledge of **mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems** ; able to read and interpret U.S. and European diagrams.
+ Skilled in using **diagnostic tools** such as multimeters, megohmmeters, and ammeters.
+ Excellent **analytical, communication, and teamwork** skills with a commitment to **safety and continuous improvement** .

**Pay Details:** $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
