Human Resources Generalist

Responsibilities:
+ Represent HR to our supervisors and their teams, partnering with managers and employees to ensure a phenomenal place to work.
+ Establish relationships and support any performance and talent-based needs.
+ Drive the talent management agenda with your client groups to include talent development and performance management.
+ Co-own and drive action to strengthen employee experience.
+ Lead and coordinate recruiting for local direct labor positions within your client groups.
+ Educate and assist supervisors in the administration of the employee handbook policies.
+ Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices.
+ Perform other related duties as assigned.

+ Ability to work in a fast paced-high pressure environment.
+ Demonstrated learning agility.
+ Confident, self-starter
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field strongly preferred, Masters a plus.
+ Will consider experience in lieu of degree.
**Pay Details:** $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
