Adecco is currently assisting a local client in recruiting for Packaging Operator positions in Lincoln, NE.

Responsibilities for a Packaging Operator include but are not limited to:
• Operate and monitor packaging equipment while following all GMPs and standard work procedures.
• Inspect, weigh, and process products and materials to ensure quality and production goals are met.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including equipment logs, records, and troubleshooting notes.
• Stock materials, monitor staging areas, and help maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
Candidates for Packaging Operator must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately complete documentation.
• Physical ability to lift 26–50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Previous experience in packaging, manufacturing, or inventory control preferred.
• Familiarity with cGMP documentation or lean manufacturing concepts is a plus.

• **Shift:** Monday–Friday, 1st Shift — 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM

**Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
