    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced and professional Project Architect to join our team, supporting small, fast-paced medical and physical therapy clinic projects throughout the United States. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in architecture, be licensed, and possess strong management and coordination skills.

    Responsibilities

    + Develop plan sketches and construction documents (CDs).

    + Coordinate with MEP engineers to ensure project integration.

    + Collaborate with the Director of Operations to meet QA/QC requirements and ensure timely project delivery.

    + Submit permit documents and monitor their progress weekly.

    + Issue bid documents, evaluate bids, and present findings to clients.

    + Provide in-office construction phase services, working closely with contractors and clinic staff through to project completion.

    Essential Skills

    + Possess an Architecture Degree and have experience working in an architecture firm.

    + Registered Architect with 10-15 years of experience.

    + Ability to manage multiple small projects simultaneously.

    + Proficient in design review and review of shop drawings.

    + Experience with AutoCAD for production; Revit experience is a plus.

    + Comprehensive knowledge of project phases, scheduling, budgeting, and building construction.

    + Excellent communication skills for client interaction.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Experience in commercial construction, architecture, and design.

    + Skills in construction administration, project coordination, and quality assurance/control.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Permanent position based out of King of Prussia, PA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
