Job Title: Superintendent / Project Manager – Utility Demo & Rebuild Project

Start Date: November 2025

Project Duration: 11–12 months

Project Scope: Utility demolition and rebuild of a commercial building, installation of EV charging stations, and underground distribution infrastructure.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Superintendent / Project Manager to lead a complex utility and infrastructure construction project. This role is critical to ensuring the successful execution of site operations, working closely with the Foreman and project management team to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

+ Oversee and coordinate daily on-site construction activities.

+ Manage subcontractors and labor crews to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project schedules.

+ Enforce compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications.

+ Assist in resource planning, including materials, equipment, and manpower.

+ Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks.

+ Collaborate with Foreman and PMs to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.

+ Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and productivity.

+ Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, progress photos, and inventory logs.

+ Support training and development of site personnel.

Required Skills & Qualifications

+ Minimum 3 years of construction experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.

+ Proven ability to manage commercial construction projects and teams.

+ Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

+ Excellent communication and leadership skills.

+ OSHA 30-Hour certification preferred.

This is a Permanent position based out of Pasadena, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $82000.00/yr.
