We are seeking a highly experienced and technically skilled Manufacturing Engineer to lead and optimize server production operations. This role is critical to ensuring high-quality output, process efficiency, and alignment with global manufacturing standards. Responsibilities
+ Design and implement new manufacturing processes and optimize existing ones to improve production efficiency.
+ Manage production schedules, ensure timely delivery of products, and coordinate resources effectively.
+ Implement and maintain quality control procedures, analyze production data for quality issues, and ensure products meet quality standards.
+ Select, install, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment to ensure it operates effectively.
+ Identify opportunities to reduce manufacturing costs by optimizing material usage and improving production efficiency.
+ Provide technical expertise to other departments, troubleshoot production issues, and support the manufacturing team.
+ Collaborate with engineers, designers, and production personnel to optimize the manufacturing process.
Essential Skills
+ Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and equipment.
+ Ability to analyze production data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
+ Proven problem-solving skills to troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement effective solutions.
+ Effective communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical personnel.
+ Project management skills to manage projects, meet deadlines, and work within budget constraints.
+ Proficiency with CAD/CAM software, data analysis tools, and other relevant software.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
+ Minimum 10 years of experience in server manufacturing or technical production.
+ Expertise in process improvement, continuous improvement, process engineering, manufacturing processes, and lean manufacturing.

This is a Permanent position based out of Whitsett, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
401k 6% PTO for 2 weeksManufacturing Servers
Workplace Type
This is a fully onsite position in Whitsett,NC.
