    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled CAD Designer to join our team, specializing in the creation of detailed submittal drawings, planning construction methods, and CNC programming for our woodworking projects.

    Responsibilities

    + Create submittal drawings from architectural details and job scope, utilizing millwork specifications.

    + Plan detailed construction methods and techniques for each product item.

    + Provide a complete bill of materials required for the procurement process of each project.

    + Program CNC machines for both standard and custom product parts.

    + Communicate effectively with contractors and designers to meet all project requirements and needs.

    + Manage billable hours efficiently to stay within project budgets.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in CAD/CAM (Computer-Aided Design/Computer-Aided Manufacturing).

    + Expertise in using AutoCAD.

    + Experience with Microvellum software.

    Work Environment

    This role will be based in a woodworking shop, where you will work closely with advanced technologies to bring designs to life. The environment encourages collaboration with team members and external partners, requiring a keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Summerville, SC.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $36.00/hr.
