We’re partnering with a respected engineering firm in Wauwatosa, WI, seeking a Civil Project Manager to lead complex site development and infrastructure projects. What You’ll Do:

+ Client Engagement: Meet with clients and property owners to understand project goals and provide expert guidance.

+ Permitting & Compliance: Lead the permitting process, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.

+ Design Leadership: Prepare production documents from schematic sketches to detailed construction plans.

+ Site Planning: Design site layouts, grading plans, stormwater systems, and utility infrastructure.

+ Project Coordination: Manage modeling tasks, organize project files, and support team collaboration.

+ Execution Oversight: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

What You Bring:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

+ 7+ years of experience in civil site development, including stormwater and utility design

+ Proven track record managing DOT or land development projects

+ 7+ years in a leadership or project management role

Preferred Skills:

+ Proficiency in Civil 3D and related design software

+ Strong understanding of stormwater management, grading, and utility systems

+ Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

+ Ability to manage multiple projects and mentor junior engineers

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wauwatosa, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $55.00/hr.
