    As the Youth Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:

    + Provide proper personal care, scheduling and supervision to ensure the health, welfare and safety of clients and, if appropriate, their children.

    + Plan and implement a well-balanced residential program of formal and informal group living experiences with the residents.

    + Work as a member of the residential staff to ensure continuity of residential care.

    + Implement house rules and program policies with clients.

    + Assess residents’ overall participation and adjustment in the residential program.

     

    Youth Specialist Minimum Pay Rate: $17.00

     

    Youth Specialist Maximum Pay Rate: $20.00

     

    Youth Specialist Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 11pm-7am

    Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + 1 year experience in related field, 1-3 years preferred
