• What You’ll Be Doing
+ Set up and prep forms for concrete pours
+ Cut wire and tie rebar like a pro
+ Move materials across the site with speed and precision
+ Pour and finish concrete with skill and care
+ Operate hand tools and construction equipment
•️ What You Bring
+ **6+ months** of construction experience (general or utility)
+ Solid understanding of concrete work and hand tools
+ Ability to lift **50 lbs** regularly
+ Valid driver’s license and **reliable transportation**
• Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Awesome)
+ Experience with dirt work and utility construction
+ Can operate excavators, wheel loaders, and other heavy equipment
+ Skilled in fitting and laying construction materials

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
