    Job Title:** **Production Associate | $16-18/hr

    **Location:** East Moline, IL

    **Shift:** 1st Shift – 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (Monday–Friday)

     

    About the Role

     

    We are seeking **Production Associates** to join our team in East Moline, IL. In this role, you will work across multiple departments, including Cell, Saw Operator, Receiving, Shipping, and managing work orders. Your primary responsibility will be pulling copper tubing/pipe for shipments to major retailers, ensuring products are packaged safely and ready for transport.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Move pipe to designated pick locations

    + Pull orders accurately as specified

    + Bar code and label pipes

    + Bundle and wrap pipes for protection

    + Cut pipes according to cut sheets

    + Segregate and identify scrap materials

    + Wrap products securely for shipment

    + Unload incoming trucks as needed

    + Load outbound shipments efficiently

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in production and general labor

    + Proficiency with hand tools and machine operation

    + Inventory management, loading, and unloading skills

    + Experience in shipping, receiving, assembly, and labeling

    Additional Qualifications

    + Ability to work with minimal supervision

    + Strong attention to detail and safety standards

    + Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Moline, IL.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
